Form Submission Special Fees:
$175 for MD, DC or VA. No additional fee for distance or document size.
If you submit less than 10 per month, you agree that you will be charged the difference of $90 per closing.

Non Form Submission Fees:
You can decide not to submit the special service fee form and your fees will increase from $265  & up per closing if you decide not to submit your commitment form agreeing to send 10 or more per month.

Requirements:

• All accounts completing this form will have their orders set a the reduced fee immediately upon receiving your commitment form
• All accounts  that have committed to the 10 per month and do not hit the 10 plus per month commitment will be billed the difference at the end of the month
