Q. When are you doing the emailing to promote permit running?
A. I will be emailing every1st and 3rd  Friday before 1pm EST. All request to be added to that email must be received by the Thursday before the Friday mailing.

Q. Who and how many emails will I be sending?
A. I will be emailing at least 300+ recipients every 1st and 3rd Friday. The emails will go to the industries listed above and to the areas the notary is listed in.
In some cases, these emails will go to the same person in addition to others because they need to see emails more than once.

Q. How many notaries will be added to each email?
A. That depends on how many notaries sign up and pay. It will be limited to no more than 2 to a particular area.

Q. Will I get a notice when emails are sent?
A. Yes, you will get an email confirmation when the email has been sent.

Q. What can I expect from participating in your email promotion?
A. What you can expect is to have your name listed with the company as an option to call when they have a permit that needs to be processes. When you commit to the subscription, you can also expect to be top of mind to that company because they will always see your name as an option to call.
